Reminders and missed appointments
It is our policy to see patients promptly to avoid waiting times. Although emergencies do arise, over which we have no control, we do ask that patients arrive on time for their appointment. If you are visiting us for the first time, please arrive 10 minutes early so that the necessary forms may be completed.
As a general courtesy, we will confirm your appointments with an automated text or phone message. Please therefore ensure that we have your up to date contact details. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments or where insufficient notice has been given, at the discretion of the Practice Manager.
Accessibility
All our surgeries are on the ground floor with full disabled access throughout.
Emergencies
We understand that occasionally there are dental emergencies and whenever possible we will attempt to offer a same day appointment. If you experience a dental emergency when the surgery is closed, please call NHS Services on 111 for advice. These calls are free from landlines and mobiles.
Complaints
Or aim is to give patients the highest possible standard of service and your comments and compliments are always welcome. In the same manner, we take any concerns or worries you may have very seriously. We hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, at the time they arise and with the person concerned. If your problem cannot be sorted in this way, we operate an official complaints policy which can be downloaded below.
